Hi!
A huge thank you to everyone who came to the Sushi Master Class!
I think everyone will agree it was a lot of fun!

Chef Mun did an amazing job teaching us all about the history of Sushi, how to cook perfect sushi rice and make the seasoning that makes it so tasty. We all learnt how to make simple but delicious cucumber rolls, Californian rolls and Salmon rolls. We were taught the techniques for putting the sushi rolls together and proceeded to make our own sushi which we promptly ate and washed down with some delicious Animal Champagne.
